Victoriano Ronco, un buen amigo, criador de los mejores espárragos de La Mancha, al lado del observatorio de la Hita. Si tienes oportunidad, prueba sus espárragos los finos o los gordos, no te arrepentirás.Según me dijo, el misterio  del  cultivo está en la tierra, que tiene abundancia de potasio, necesario para obtener un  espárrago de mucha calidad.

Para todos los que se interesan en la astronomía, echar un vistazo a la página web del observatorio de LA HITA. Un fuerte abrazo a Faustino, sin él, este observatorio no existiría y no sería este lugar ya importante al nivel nacional y que tendrá pronto un reconocimiento internacional !
